Dr. Tate College Scholarship for Karate Students

USA Martial Arts (Park & Rec. students included) current members are eligible for the Dr. Curtis E. Tate College Scholarship award.  The annual scholarship is $1,500.00.  The scholarship was created to honor the life of former student, Dr. Curtis E. Tate, who died suddenly in 1998.  It is the only karate scholarship of its kind in the United States.

This scholarship fund is managed by a group of dedicated committee members who meet 3 times a year to administer the award.  The annual Tate meeting will be held on November 7th @ 2:00 PM in Woodbury – the public is invited and encouraged to attend.  Please help.  This unique scholarship was created to benefit our karate students.
